A stitched-up corpse, given new life by dark magic as a breeding ground for virulent disease and foul decay. The wight shambles up to its target and plunges a dagger into its gas-filled body causing it to explode... -Wight Description, Cast of Characters, Myth TFL Manual

Description[]

A Wight is a form of undead that fulfill the role of suicide troops. They were first created by the necromancer Culwyeh as an act of revenge against the people who tried to kill him during in the Great Cleansing.

Wights start off as shambling ghasts before their bodies build up enough gas from within to become walking explosives. When close to nearby enemies, a wight will detonate by driving their knives across its chests, triggering a deadly explosion. Their self destruction have been known to paralyze most things caught in the blast radius. However, the Journeymen's coats protect them from this.

Though it took many years, he indeed brought to life his first 'Messenger'…"

Only the stretched and inflated skin keeps the venomous gasses contained. The pustulant flesh is a concoction of virulent diseases; one of which spreads the so-called 'bleeding death-fever'..."
